People: Switalskis; Keepmoat; Modo25; and more

Switalskis has made 17 promotions across 10 departments, recognising talent in both legal and support teams.
Amongst the 17 are seven people who have been promoted to senior associates, including Rosie Dodds in personal injury and Kate Gelder in clinical negligence.
Danielle Smithurst and Nichola Burridge-Todd from the Court of Protection (CoP) team take on senior associate roles alongside Sharon Woodward in Switalskis’ wills and probate team.
Saima-ul-Haq, from commercial property and Ian Alderson in the IT team, complete the cohort.
In the clinical negligence department Heather Kolar, Paisley Laws, Chantelle Cooper, and Kimberley Bradfield all step into associate roles.
Samantha Downes in family law, Maria Dallas in personal injury and Clare Wraight in the costs team have been promoted to associate.
Rafal Siwocha in Switalskis’ IT team and property development specialists Emma Millington and Ellie Johnson have also achieved promotions to associate.
Each of these individuals has progressed through Switalskis’ Career Development Programme. The programme is designed to support individuals in taking the next step in their careers, ensuring the promotion process is as transparent as possible.

Doncaster-headquartered housebuilder, Keepmoat, has appointed Mark Dilley as chief financial officer.
With significant experience as a trusted board-level finance business partner with both listed and private equity experience, his career spans more than 30 years.
He previously held the position of chief financial officer at Tilia Homes, as well as serving as group finance director at Town Centre Securities.
He also spent 14 years at Asda, where he was vice president of retail and property finance.

Leeds-based digital marketing agency, Modo25, and the team behind the AI reporting and forecasting platform ASK BOSCO® have appointed a prominent industry leader to its board of directors.
Mark Creighton, the former chief operations officer of Dentsu Aegis and CEO at Avado Learning, has joined as a non-executive director.
With over 20 years of experience, he is a recognised leader in the fields of digital transformation and professional development.
Creighton also brings extensive experience as the co-founder of Continua Coaching, a collective specialising in co-creating effective coaching outcomes for sustainable and targeted change for businesses.
In addition, David Hart, a former digital agency owner and multiple software-as-a-service founder who joined the board of directors in October 2024 has been appointed as the chair of the Board.

Leeds-headquartered Zenith, an independent leasing, fleet management and vehicle outsourcing business, has appointed Nicola Escreet as its new head of operations.
She will develop the strategic vision for the company’s operations plan and proposition.
Managing about 80 colleagues across Zenith’s operational teams, she will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers.
Escreet has worked at Zenith for almost 20 years across a number of roles, including operational project manager, head of retail operations, and head of rental operations and most recently, head of consumer customer services.
She replaces Dave Tanner, who recently retired after almost four years at the business.
