89-year-old dental practice changes hands

Boyds Dental Practice, in Leeds, has been sold for an undisclosed sum.
Established in 1936, Boyds is a two-surgery mixed-income dental practice located in Middleton.
Following a confidential sales process with senior business agent – dental, Olivia McMaster, of specialist business property adviser Christie & Co, it has been acquired by first-time buyer Fathima Saneej.
Saneej said: “I’m pleased to have bought my first dental practice. I qualified from India, did my conversion exam (LDS) in 2018, my VTe training, and gained four years of experience as an Associate dentist.
“I always wanted to buy a dental practice and have plans to buy a few more practices, hopefully soon.”
McMaster said: “It was a pleasure to facilitate the sale of Boyds Dental Practice. This transaction highlights the strong demand we are seeing for mixed dental practices in the region.
“The high level of interest and the successful outcome reflect the growing recognition of the value and stability that mixed practices offer.
“We are pleased to have supported both the seller and the buyer in achieving their goals, and we look forward to assisting more dental professionals in navigating the evolving market.”
