Housing provider secures £250m strategic partnership with Homes England
Castleford-based social housing provider, Vico Homes, has been confirmed as a Homes England Strategic Partner.
This means it has secured £250m worth of grant funding from the Social and Affordable Homes Programme 2026-2036 to support delivery of thousands of new affordable homes over the next 10 years.
Vico Homes is one of 33 housing providers nationally to be awarded Strategic Partner status.
