Expansion move for chartered building surveyors

CHARTERED building surveyors Delaney Marling Partnership (DMP) has opened new offices on both sides of the River Humber.

The company has moved into new premises in the East Riding of Yorkshire at Plaxton Bridge, Woodmansey, near Beverley, with expansion into the North East Lincolnshire at Victoria Street, Grimsby.

Kevin Marling, a partner at DMP, said: “We have had a really encouraging year and it was clear we were rapidly outgrowing our original premises. The new facilities in both the East Riding and NE Lincs will allow us to grow the business, especially on the south bank.”

The company has recently been employed with Building Schools for the Future (BSF) in Hull undertaking survey work for Newland School for Girls, and asset management and building survey work at Cottingham High School.

Fellow partner Simon Delaney said: “We work for a wide and varied range of clients, recently we have undertaken survey and feasibility work for businesses such as Advanced Plastics & Ticket Tree who are potentially looking to move to new/bigger premises in Hull, and need condition survey and feasibility/cost advice.

“We have also undertaken dilapidations survey reports for a landlord who manages a large city centre office complex in Hull.”
