Mint appointment for Savills

PROPERTY company Savills has been appointed by developer Deltalord as the letting agent for The Mint, a new office development at the Holbeck Urban Village.

The state-of-the-art building in Leeds is due to be completed in September and comprises 115,000 sq ft of grade A office space over seven floors.

Savills has been jointly appointed as agent on the scheme with AWS.

Meanwhile, Associated Tower Cinemas, advised by Savills, has let 33 Commercial Street in Batley to Ladbroke Racing.

The leading UK bookmaker has agreed a new 10-year lease on the unit totalling 719 sq ft and will pay an annual rent of £18,000.
