Just Car Clinics swoops for accident repair business

CRASH repair chain Just Car Clinics Group today announced that it has acquired the business and assets of a car accident repair business in Keighley.

The business, which employs 19 people, operates from a 10,000 sq ft facility which will be occupied under a 15 year lease.

It has been acquired for a total cash consideration of around £50,000 representing plant and equipment, goodwill, stock and work in progress.

This deal continues Goole-based Just Car Clinics’ strategy of expanding its network of facilities through acquisitions. The group now operates from a network of 26 locations throughout England.

Chief executive Barry Whittles said: “The addition of the new Keighley site, which was supported by key corporate clients, continues our strategy of growing our repair network whilst remaining focused on delivering excellent service and local care to all our customers on a consistent basis.”
