CLEARSILVER Marketing has been appointed by national charity Sue Ryder to handle the delivery of its annual fundraising events.
The brief includes the development and implementation of a marketing strategy as well as concept development and event delivery.
Clearsilver will be responsible for the event branding and identity as well as supporting PR and social media activities.
The events will roll out across 11 locations across the UK in September.

TOURISM organisation Welcome to Yorkshire has added a new dimension to its brand and marketing strategy with Leeds-based digital marketing agency Bloom.
The work sees the launch of a new customer promise ‘Discover, Book, Save’ membership proposition and media strategy.
Welcome to Yorkshire’s website has been updated that is more focused on increasing visitor numbers and driving revenue for members.
Gary Verity, chief executive of Welcome to Yorkshire said: “Yorkshire.com now provides a single destination for anyone wanting to visit the region.
“This marks a big step forward for Welcome to Yorkshire’s digital strategy and supports our focus to deliver value to our members and most importantly delivering value to visitors to this great county.”

AGENCY Words&Pictures has appointed communications consultant Gerry Smyth as an associate director to enhance its business opportunities in London and the South East.
The senior appointment comes in the wake of a number of new client wins for the Otley-based company, including BUPA, O2, Starbucks and Northern Gas Networks.
Mr Smyth said: “I have known the company for a number of years and have been struck by the passion and enthusiasm shown by the directors and the rest of the team.”

DESIGN and marketing agency Outsmart has created a new identity for recruitment agency Lime, formerly known as Kalcrest Industrial.
Managing Director Mark Miller, initially turned to Leeds-based Outsmart to help him rename and rebrand the recruitment agency, which operates from six locations including headquarters in Bradford, plus Barnsley, Castleford and Manchester.
But the brief was expanded to include website design and build, brochure design and print and a launch campaign.
