RFM Group moves for Greenwood Estates
FACILITIES and interiors management provider RFM Group has acquired Yorkshire-based Greenwood Estates & Property Maintenance.
Leeds-based Greenwood, which has annual turnover of £500,000, provides facilities and maintenance services to the Yorkshire commercial property sector.
The deal will add some of region’s largest property agents including Dacres Commercial, Savills, CBRE and Carter Towler, to RFM Group’s growing client base.
Greenwood will retain its name and sit under the newly rebranded RFM Group umbrella, alongside its interiors and facilities offerings.
The move is part of an aggressive growth strategy by RFM Group, which aims to treble Greenwood’s turnover in the next two years.

Geoff Lister, managing director of Greenwood, will join RFM Group as director.

RFM Group is a full service provider for effective facilities management and commercial fit out. It employs more than 200 people.
Clients include Knight Frank, Bradford City FC, Esporta health Clubs, Morgan Sindall PLC, The Big Lottery Fund and Kirklees College.
