City centre lettings success

THREE new tenants have taken space at a refurbished city centre office block.
The deals for space at Devonshire House, in York Place, Leeds, involve the letting of 5,800 sq ft.
Connelly Group has moveed into Devonshire House after outgrowing its existing St Paul’s Street premises.
Law firm Woods Whur and headhuners Appono have also moved into the building.
Aley Hailey, senior surveyor in CBRE’s Leeds office agency team, said; “Devonshire House is an attractive period office building in a prime location within the city centre close to the intersection of York Place and King Street and Leeds Rail Station.
“The trio of new lettings reflects that the attractively refurbished accommodation fulfills a raft of requirements from companies that had the pick of locations from across the city.”
