Rexel takes trading estate space
REXEL UK has taken a ten year lease on a 5,000 sq ft property in a deal with Towngate.
The deal will see Rexel UK, operating as WF Senate, occupy a trade counter and warehouse property at the Copley Hill Trading Estate in Leeds.
Philip Caspell, property surveyor at Towngate, said: “We are delighted to be welcoming our new tenants, W F Senate, onto the Copley Hill Trading Estate and very much look forward to working with them.
“The proximity of the unit to Leeds City Centre and the motorway network ensures maximum exposure and we hope they will enjoy many years of successful trading from the site.”
Rexel UK is a business-to-business distributor of electrical installation supplies.
