Hat-trick of success at office scheme

A TRIPLE letting has been completed at a Yorkshire office development.

Three units totalling more than 5,000 sq ft have been let at the Madison Court scheme in Leeds.

The lettings were agreed by the Leeds offices of Jones Lang LaSalle and Carter Towler.

Simon Dove, senior surveyor in the national office agency team at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “Following a very quiet period during the recession these three lettings, in quick succession, confirm a modest uplift in demand for modern, good-value offices with car parking and amenities. This is a trend we expect to continue.”

Units three and nine have been leased to Remote Asset Management and UED on behalf of Commercial Development Projects while unit seven has been leased to Atlas Biz for a private investor.

The leases agreed range from three to five years.
