Bank win for EC Harris

BUILDING consultancy group EC Harris has secured a major contract to become the single source professional services provider to Lloyds Banking Group.

EC Harris, which has offices in Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester, will support the banking group in the delivery of its capital construction across its retail banking network, head offices and data centres throughout the UK.

The undisclosed deal, which will run for three years, has begun with immediate effect.

EC Harris said the move from multiple providers to a single source partner would enable the banking group to deliver efficiencies and innovation into its design and construction programme in closer collaboration with its supply chain. 

EC Harris’s scope of work will include commercial management, capital planning, project management and Construction Design Management Coordination (CDMC).
