Australian owner makes changes at Yorkshire Bank

NATIONAL Australia Bank’s chief executive Cameron Clyne has become chairman of Yorkshire and Clydesdale banks as part of a reshuffle which sees four non-executives replaced.
Sir Malcolm Williamson, chairman of the UK banks, is standing down after eight years in the role.
Three other non-executive directors – Jonathan Dawson, Roy Nicolson and Elizabeth Padmore – are leaving following the appointment of four others this month.
The quartet are David Allvey, David Browne, Barbara Ridpath and Alex Shapland.
Two more NAB group executives will sit on the board of Clydesdale and Yorkshire banks but their names have not been disclosed.
Yorkshire Bank chairman Richard Gregory is to stay on.
