Superleague club ‘days from liquidation’

SUPERLEAGUE club Bradford Bulls has gone into administration amid warnings it is just days away from liquidation.
Chris White and Brendan Guilfoyle, from The P&A Partnership have been appointed joint administrators at the rugby league club which has been in financial difficulties for several months.
“We now have just ten working days to save the club from liquidation because there are no funds to carry on longer.
“If there is anyone interested in buying the Bulls then we need to hear from them right now because this famous club is now on the brink of extinction,” said Mr Guilfoyle.
The Bulls financial problems first came to light in March when the club asked fans to help it raise £1m.
Earlier this month, The P&A Partnership was brought in to conduct a review of its finances after the club was presented with a winding up order by HMRC.
