Home is at Home Farm for firms

A FORMER saw mill has been converted into a £3.3m office scheme.

The Home Farm Development in Esholt, West Yorkshire, has been launched following Keyland Developments’ conversion of the grade two-listed premises.

The conversion of the buildings into eight offices ranging from 746 sq ft to 5,112 sq ft has seen four separate owner occupiers reserve more than 60% of the space prior to completion.

Dan Hodge, of agents GVA Grimley, said: “The project is totally unique and meets the current market demand for small unit owner occupier, high quality space. The launch is a great opportunity for Yorkshire businesses looking to seek inspiration away from the drum of the city, yet still be within easy access to Leeds and Bradford, to find out what’s available.”

Tenants include Design Emporium, which is relocating its management team and staff from Leeds, investment managers Coleman Clough, and Cerberus Security.

Internet marketing company Intellimon is also taken space at the scheme.

Mr Hodge added that key attractions for the site were its rural setting, close proximity to Leeds Bradford International Airport and access to conference facilities at nearby Esholt Hall.

GVA Grimley and King Sturge are joint agents on the scheme.
