First tenant for Evans Easyspace

WEB design company Blue Mantis is the first client to take space at the redesigned Evans Easyspace premises in Leeds.

Evans Easyspace has converted part of its Burley Hill office development from one large office to seven smaller units and Blue Mantis has taken a 320 sq ft space.

Centre manager Chris Cherrington said: “I’m delighted we have secured our first client for the new phase of office suites. The business centre at Burley Hill in Leeds now offers several additional high quality offices which offer a variety of business support services in a prime location.
 
“The converted offices are equally well suited to entrepreneurs as well as established organisations. Prospective tenants are now in a position to benefit from measures designed to help them to focus on developing and establishing their businesses.”
 
The Burley Hill development now features 50 offices and three meeting rooms.
