Allam Marine expands into new home

MANUFACTURER Allam Marine is moving into its new £4.5m premises at the Melton West Business Park.

The manufacturing and office complex, developed by Wykeland Group, adds to Allam Marine’s existing based and allows it to double its capacity.

Allam Marine managing director and Hull City chairman Assem Allam said: “The new headquarters means we will have the space we need to continue our strategy of growth without having to look for premises elsewhere.

“The building looks fantastic and is very befitting of Allam Marine’s status of being the UK’s largest independent manufacturers of generating sets and one of the biggest in Europe. It will showcase to the many foreign visitors we receive the quality of commercial developments being created right here in East Yorkshire.”

Melton West Business Park is already home to businesses including Heron Foods, House of Townend and Kohler Mira.
