Property Appointments: DTZ, Sanderson Weatherall, LSH

DTZ has welcomed 42 new graduates across its UK offices, including three in Leeds.
Joining DTZ’s Leeds office agency team is Mark Holmes, while Matthew Good has joined the consulting team and Emma Bainbridge the rating team.
Tim Cameron-Jones, head of DTZ’s Leeds office, said: “This year DTZ is taking on more graduates than last and we are delighted to welcome this year’s intake. SANDERSON Weatherall has welcomed two new members of staff to its Leeds offices.
Luke Nicholson has been recruited as a graduate surveyor for the agency team, and Jessica Burke as a graduate surveyor within the valuation team.
James Milner, partner and graduate coordinator at Sanderson Weatherall, said: “It’s always positive to bring new graduates into the office and we look forward to working with Luke and Jessica and showing them the ropes.

LAMBERT Smith Hampton (LSH) has strengthened its team in Leeds with the appointment of Richard Stackhouse as facilities manager.
Mr Stackhouse joins LSH from GVA and brings with him 18 years facilities management experience.
He will primarily deal with clients including IVG, Henderson Global Investors and the Homes & Communities Agency.
