Development funding secured

A £2.2m funding deal is enabling a Yorkshire-based company to forge ahead with several new commercial and retail developments, including two sites for Vets4Pets.

Commercial Retail Developments Limited (CRDL) has secured the funding in relation to six sites in Bradford and one in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.

Other sites are student lets and retail units near Bradford University’s main campus, land for commercial development in Bradford, and two further retail units at Crossley Hall.  

Santander Corporate Banking provided the funding.
