EVANS Easyspace, the provider of new and managed workspaces, has added two new tenants at The Gateway business centre in Sheffield.
The organisation manages the first floor of The Gateway business centre in Sheffield and bespoke offices on the top three floors on behalf of Watkin Jones.
Tenants Quidco.com and the University of Leeds have agreed space at the site.
Dr Kris Milkowski, at the University of Leeds, said: “Evans Easyspace have provided us with high standard, bespoke offices in Sheffield at very short notice to support a national pilot-scale research facility.”
Kara McLean, Evans Easyspace centre manager at The Gateway said: “We’re delighted to welcome our first two tenants who have taken up long term leases in the bespoke offices we now have available on the upper floors of the premises.”

A BUSINESS park has become fully let 18 months after it opened.
All seven units at the 26,000 sq ft Scandinavia Court business park in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, are let.
The units range from 1,500 sq ft to 11,500 sq ft.
The Bradford office of chartered surveyors Eddisons acted as joint agent with Gent Visick on the scheme.
Shazad Mahmood, of Eddisons, said: “Demand for the high specification units has been exceptional from the day we started the marketing process, which is reflected in the speed that lettings have been agreed.”
Meanwhile, Eddisons has let a 10,600 sq ft industrial unit on the Euroway Trading Estate in Bradford to Reprographics Systems, off an asking rent of £35,000 per year.

HELMSLEY Group, the York-based commercial property investment specialist, has syndicated £10.2m of property in the last 12 months and said it is optimistic for 2013.
The Helmsley Group purchases properties on behalf of syndicates of private investors and pension funds, who receive a proportionate share of the rental income and any long-term rental and capital growth.
The company acquired five properties in 2012, two of which were in Yorkshire.
