Crafthouse and Angelica D&D names for Trinity Leeds

INTERNATIONAL restaurant group D&D London has revealed further details about the two restaurants it is to open at the Trinity Leeds shopping development.

Crafthouse and Angelica will occupy the fifth and sixth floors of the £350m scheme when it opens to the public on March 21.

The two venues will be the group’s first openings in the UK outside of London.

Crafthouse will showcase the very best British produce and will boast 144-covers with views across the city.

Angelica will feature an outside terrace with penthouse restaurant boasting a cocktail bar.

The restaurants will be designed by Conran & Partners.

D&D is run by Des Gunewardena and David Loewi, who led the buyout of Conran restaurants in September 2006.

TheBusinessDesk.com reported last week that Apple is to open a store at Trinity Leeds.
