The milestone reflects the support and interest of Yorkshire’s business community in the region’s only dedicated business news website.
TheBusinessDesk.com now has 6,900 registered users and sends out more than 100,000 emails a month.
More than 57,000 different people have used the site since it was launched, reading more than one million pages of news, features and comment.
In excess of 14,000 different people visit the site every month.
While we have had visitors from 128 different countries, 95% of visitors are from the UK.
TheBusinessDesk.com was launched in November 2007 by former Yorkshire Post business editor David Parkin backed by a group of professional investors and entrepreneurs.
With a team of six full-time staff we bring the highest standards of regional business information to the internet and mobile devices and it is the only website dedicated to Yorkshire business news.
