Framework appointment for surveyors

SIX chartered surveying firms – three with offices in Yorkshire – have secured a place on a major government framework agreement.

The Regional Agent Partnership is led by Sanderson Weatherall and also includes Alder King, Ryden, Carter Jonas, Harris Lamb and Budworth Hardcastle.

Sanderson Weatherall has offices in Leeds and York, Ryden has an operation in Leeds, while Carter Jonas has bases in Harrogate, Leeds and York.

They have been selected for the Government Procurement Service’s (GPS) four-year Estates Professional Service Framework Agreement RM928.

The group will be able to provide a full range of professional property services for use by all UK public sector bodies including central government departments and their agencies, non departmental public bodies, NHS Bodies and local authorities.

Leading on core services in Yorkshire, David Rastrick, of Sanderson Weatherall, said: “The regional depth in knowledge provided by Sanderson Weatherall’s 80-strong Leeds head office and five-strong York office will add real value to any public sector department seeking property expertise in our region.”
