Former FD appears in court
A FORMER finance director of Yorkshire document management business Squirrel Storage has appeared in court accused of stealing more than £1.3m from her employers.
Rebecca Jones, 45, of Cullingworth Fields, Cullingworth, Bradford, was granted unconditional bail by magistrates in Leeds yesterday.
She will return to court on September 23 when the case will be committed to crown court.
Leeds-based Squirrel Storage announced that it had been bought by US firm Cintas Corporation last month.
Operating in 10 locations across the UK, Squirrel was the largest independent document storage firm in the country before the deal and provides services including retrievals, scanning and confidential destruction.
