First phase of Logic Leeds is completed

WORK on the first phase of Leeds Logic Business Park has been completed.

Muse Developments and Leeds City Council have worked together on the project and Eric Wright Civil Engineering – a division of the North West-based Eric Wright Group – was employed by Muse to carry out this £500,000 first phase of infrastructure works.

The park is one of four sites being developed as part of the Aire Valley Leeds Enterprise Zone and this first phase consisted of the construction of 200 metres of highway off an existing road, previously used as access to agricultural land.

Adrian Taylor, director at Eric Wright Civil Engineering, said: “We are delighted to have handed over the first phase of the works on this exciting new development.”
