Double deal for Escrick Park

TWO deals have been completed at Escrick Park as two new commercial tenants have signed for space at the historic estate, which has been owned and managed by the Forbes Adam family for the past 300 years.
Nexus DNA Films, a Yorkshire film-making and photographic company, has taken 1,500 sq ft of workshop and showroom space at Milner’s Yard, Riccall Grange.
Nexus DNA are currently working on the film Entity starring Dervla Kirwan and Charlotte Riley.
Meanwhile New County Safety Systems has taken 600 sq ft of office space at 2 Park Court.
At the same time Escrick Park-based business advice and accountancy company Numerical Therapy, also known as CGA, has just extended its lease by six years.
The company has been based at 3 Park Court at Escrick Park, between York and Selby, since 2007.
Since seven redundant farmsteads on the park underwent a comprehensive £1.4m refurbishment, 130 jobs have been created.
