BUSINESSES in Yorkshire and the Humber are set to discover how to get products and services overseas to maximise their success.
One misconception surrounding exporting is that it creates challenges, however during Export Week, UKTI will dispel these myths.
The Can You Export events will share knowledge and understanding of how easy it is to export.
Mark Robson, UKTI’s regional director for Yorkshire and the Humber, said: “There’s still a perception in some quarters that exporting is only for the big boys, and that some companies are too small or niche to compete in the international marketplace.
“That couldn’t be further from the truth. We have a wealth of enterprising SMEs across the region achieving success in all corners of the globe, and the message is simple: They can do it, and so can you!”
Each half day workshop reviews the steps you need to take when considering exporting, challenging your perceptions and outlining both the benefits and rewards available.
