All you have to do is enter your details and name your favourite charity. Then, try and answer as many questions as you can. Don’t worry, it’s nothing too serious.
 
At the end, no matter what you scored, your details will be entered into a draw. And if you’re lucky enough to be chosen when the draw is made, your favourite charity will receive £500.
