THREE lettings have been completed at Yorvale Business Park, the flagship industrial development in York.
The deals mean that the seven-unit development at Hazel Court is almost full, with just one 2,060 sq ft end-of-terrace industrial warehouse still available to lease.
The new tenants at the business park are Choc Affair, signing for 2,500 sq ft of quality industrial space in the park’s largest unit; Get Cycling for 1,500 sq ft; and the Waggy Dog Creche, which has taken 1,900 sq ft.
Miles Lawrence of Lawrence Hannah, joint marketing agents for Yorvale Business Park, said: “To complete three lettings in the challenging commercial property market is a resounding endorsement of this quality business park. We have always had confidence in the park.”
Matthew Cormack, director of Yorvale Investments, the developers of Yorvale Business Park, added: “We bought the vacant site from the City of York Council in 2008 and built the park the following year. We were confident that the scheme would be successful because of the shortage of modern industrial accommodation in the city.”
Other tenants are Rothwell Electrical Services, TSL Electrical & Data Services and Fibrenet Electrical.
The joint marketing agents for Yorvale Business Park are Miles Lawrence of Lawrence Hannah and Ian Tulloch of Tulloch Property Consultants.
