Fashion show raises thousands for charity

A FASHION show by Yorkshire’s business community has raised thousands of pounds for Cancer Research UK.

More than 60 professionals from local businesses took to the catwalk to model the latest trends from Amanda Wakeley, Armani Exchange, French Connection, Debenhams, Lisa Jayne Dann, Hawes & Curtis and Fashion Pony in front of a 500 strong audience at this year’s Professionals Fashion Show Ball.

Businesses which took part included Barclays, PWC, Rothschild, Walker Morris, Addleshaw Goddard, Pinsent Masons, EY, Clarion, BDO, Eversheds, Deloitte, Reward Capital, Thomas Coombs, Armstrong Watson and DWF.

The event has raised almost £4,000 for Cancer Research UK, with donations still coming in.

During the evening, held at New Dock in Leeds, the Model Employee Awards also took place. 

The winners were:
