LAW firm Clarion is continuing to build on the success of its family practice with the appointment of Fiona Kendall as partner.

Kendall is a mediator and a collaborative family lawyer and is a former vice-chair of the Scottish Family Law Association.

Justine Osmotherley, partner and head of Leeds-based Clarion’s private client services team, said: “Fiona is one of the region’s best-known collaborative family lawyers and will be a real asset to the team as we continue to expand.  As a strong advocate of non-contentious approaches wherever appropriate, her approach fits well with our ethos and we are confident that she will make a valuable contribution.”

Kendall added: “I am really excited about working in such a positive environment.  Clarion’s family team has an excellent reputation as lawyers who really empathise with their clients and are passionate about their work.”
