Case load deal for Schofield Sweeney

SCHOFIELD Sweeney has acquired a number of case loads from a Yorkshire dental law practice.
Leeds-based Cohen Cramer has developed its dental law practice over the past 15 years and provides legal advice to individuals and organisations across the dental sector.
The acquisition of the case loads from Cohen Cramer will allow Schofield Sweeney to offer a range of legal services for dentists, dental agents, accountants and financial advisers.
David McEwan will head up the new practice.
Based in the Bradford office, McEwan advises in the dental sector on the sale and purchases of dental practices, incorporations, partnerships and expense sharing agreements, employment, associate and hygienist agreements, and regulatory matters including Care Quality Commission regualtions.
