Macallam launches interim executive arm

EXECUTIVE recruitment and career consultants Macallam have launched a new sister business helping clients find interim executives.

The Harrogate firm has established Macallam Interim that will look to support companies wanting to fill executive positions on a short term basis.

Macallam Interim will have a six-strong team of consultants and an in-house research operation.

Macallam Interim managing director Steven Wynne said: “In the current challenging economic climate client companies across the UK are increasingly seeking an interim recruitment solution to some of the problems they are facing.

“Interim managers usually have many years experience in a particular sector or discipline and can quickly add value to the companies they work for whether that be on a six month project or something longer term.”

Mr Wynne has worked in executive search since 1998, focusing on interim recruitment for the last six years.
