Positive prospects for Prospect

PROSPECT Business Centres has acquired new serviced office premises in Leeds.

Prospect has bought Fountain House at 4 South Parade in the city.

The newly completed office redevelopment, which will open on Monday and provide space for around 200 workstations, will provide modern office accommodation behind an Art Deco façade.

Prospect Business Centres intends to expand its brand further with the opening of new centres in the North of England, including Sheffield, Bolton and Liverpool with openings targeted for the first quarter of next year.

Three occupiers have signed up to take space at the location with suites available from two workstations upwards on flexible terms.
 
A spokesman for the operation said: “We are confident our ability to provide flexible office solutions married with the need for business to have the ability to grow or consolidate quickly in the current uncertain economic period will ensure the continued success of Prospect Business Centres.”
