Property People: Savills; Langleys; Crooks

SAVILLS has expanded the team at its Leeds office with four new appointments.
 
James Frost joins as associate director in the valuation team, which works with local, national and international clients on assets across the UK.  His experience includes 11 years in the Leeds valuation department of commercial property advisors GVA. 
 
Robert Morton has joined as an associate in the commercial property management team and Joe Henderson and Joshua Franklin have both been appointed as graduate surveyors and will work with different departments on rotation over the coming months.

THE commercial property team at Langleys Solicitors has boosted its ranks with three new appointments, as it experiences strong demand from a fast recovering market.
 
Solicitor Phil Robinson joins from Langleys’ private client team and will specialise in residential and agricultural property work. Two newly qualified solicitors have also joined the team. Amy Taylor will work alongside Robinson on residential and agriculture work while Louise Walker will focus on commercial property work including landlord and tenant matters and acquisitions and sales.

Wakefield law firm Crooks has welcomed Sarah Crewe to head the company’s commercial property department.

As a graduate of St Andrews University, Crewe trained at a leading city firm, qualifying in 2000, before moving back to Yorkshire where she worked for six years at international law DLA Piper in Leeds and subsequently at Chadwick Lawrence.
