Expansion tastes good for frozen yoghurt retailer

FROZEN yoghurt bar Yoghies has expanded at The Core shopping centre in Leeds.

The new retail space is double the size of its previous one and will place Yoghies as one of the key contributors to The Core’s new food cluster.

Scott Carter, owner of Yoghies, said: “As an independent, Yorkshire retailer, we’re thrilled to be expanding. We made the move to our new retail space, which includes a seating area for our customers to interact with us, because we believe that The Core is an exciting place to be. Once completed, there will be an impressive range of shops, food outlets and leisure facilities, and we want to be a part of that.”

A spokesperson for The Core, added: “Yoghies is a popular retailer and we’re pleased that Yoghies has chosen The Core as its base to grow its presence in the city centre.”
