Sterling work results in Leeds industrial property deal

STERLING SERVICES LTD has taken a 10-year lease on an industrial property in Leeds.

Acting on behalf of The Dale Estates, the industrial agency team at CBRE in Leeds let the 10,989 sq ft unit at Millshaw Park in Leeds.

Dave Cato, associate director of industrial agency at CBRE’s Leeds office, said: “The recent letting to Sterling Services UK Ltd at Millshaw Park demonstrates continued interest in attractive, well-located industrial space in the Leeds City Region.

“With immediately available stock on the M62 corridor in very short supply, units such as these are attracting strong interest which is a good indicator that we could see renewed commitment to speculative development.”

Millshaw Park Industrial Estate occupies a strategic position close to Leeds city centre and is just off the M621 and J28 of the M62.
