Leeds developer makes its first move into Manchester

A PROPERTY company has opened a base in Manchester, its first step outside its native Yorkshire.

Stonebridge Offices has launched Bartle House at Oxford Court, which lies between Peter Street, Chepstow Street and Mosley Street.  The Leeds-based firm, which launched just two years ago is pledging to offer high specification offices and meeting space on flexible terms.

Dave Sunter, business development manager at Stonebridge Offices  said: “Located in the heart of the business district, close to St Peters Square, I think Bartle House raises the bar on what people expect from a serviced office in Manchester.

“We started with our own experiences of working in a serviced office and set out to provide an unrivalled environment with the flexibility that businesses are looking for in today’s economy.”

Bartle House offers a range of suites that accommodate two to 12 people. Its all inclusive fees include fully equipped offices, refreshments and full reception support. Rental terms run from a few days to long term lets. It also offers virtual offices that provide a central Manchester postcode and state-of-the-art meeting facilities with wifi connectivity and interactive touch screens.
