Olympic medallists launch Corporate Triathlon Challenge

THE 2015 Corporate Challenge from Brownlee Tri, organised by brothers Alistair and Jonny Brownlee,has been launched, with The Business Desk confirmed as the triathlon event”s Official Corporate Media Partner.

Yorkshire and UK-wide organisations have signed up to compete against each other in teams of three at the Harewood House triathlon, and the brothers are encouraging other professionals to meet their competition on the starting line.

The Corporate Challenge will involve a team relay, private hospitality as well as networking.

Alistair Brownlee won the gold medal at the 2012 London Olympics and the 2014 Commonwealth Games and his brother Jonny placed third in the 2012 Olympics, winning the 2012 World Championship and the last World Sprint Triathlon Championship

The Brownlee Tri race director Louise Cornish said: “We are looking forward to hosting many local businesses, encouraging friendly competition and offering networking opportunities at our event.

Also, the Official Charity Partner for the Brownlee Tri has been confirmed as Macmillan Cancer Support. All corporate teams interested in fundraising are encouraged to support Team Macmillan.
