Rex Procter & Partners launch in London

CONSTRUCTION consultancy Rex Procter & Partners have launched a central London office.

The firm, which has Leeds, Bradford and Marlow offices, moved into a site on Charlotte Street, to allow them to create further opportunities in the South.

Last year the firm bought out a Marlow branch which had broken off from the original firm in 1980.

At the time, the firm predicted that the merger would boost revenue to £10m, and would employ around 100 people.

The firm celebrated their move with a reception at Claridge’s on Wednesday.

“This is an incredibly exciting time for Rex Procter & Partners,” said managing director Andrew Cooper. “Over the last 75 years our business has grown steadily in Leeds, Bradford and Marlow and the time is right to establish ourselves in London.”

Director David Meghan said:”We want to celebrate our arrival in London with existing and potential clients and forge lasting relationships that will create opportunities.

“Our regional offices will remain vitally important to us, but it is essential that we are also seen to have a visible presence in the capital.”

Clients of the group include British Land, FirstGroup, Valad Property Group, London Metric, DSGi, Marcol Group, and Evans Property Group.
