Law firm’s revenues break £100m

LAW firm Bond Dickinson has passed the £100m turnover mark, hitting in the triple figures after the firm won high profile clients this year,
Profit is up by 20%, and the figures finish off a strong 12 months for the firm, which has put it in 37th place of the UK’s top law firms by turnover.
Sainsbury’s, AIG UK and The Crown Estate are amongst the clients the firm has retained and won.
The firm’s Leeds office saw 13 new hires during the past year, taking its headcount to 81.

Lawyers in the region complemented the UK-wide performance of the firm, advising Vertu Motors on the acquisition of Hillendale Group and hair straightener firm ghd on successful patent ownership litigation brought by Dalatech Electronics.
The firm has just been ranked 17th in the Acritas UK Law Firm Brand Index 2015, which is based on senior corporate counsel interviews and M&A and litigation activity, up from 20th last year.
