BrewDog to launch Leeds bar after crowdfunding success
ENTREPRENEURS at craft brewery BrewDog have announced the launch of a Leeds bar after the major success of its crowdfunding initiative.
New concept ShuffleDog will be launching in Leeds next week.
It will be a draught-only BrewDog bar decked out with shuffleboard tables, vintage arcade games and pinball machines. ShuffleDog Leeds is the first of BrewDog’s concept bars that will be rolling out from 2015.
Over 6,000 BrewDog supporters invested in the record-breaking crowdfunding scheme, which raised a total of £5m.
Co-founders James Watt and Martin Dickie delivered the financial reports for 2014 at the AGM, as well as announcing new bars, an expansion of the distillery and brewery.
