Ziff sells TCS shares worth £1.17m

MICHAEL ZIFF, the chief executive of Barratts Priceless, has cashed in £1.17m shares in Town Centre Securities (TCS), where he is a non-executive director.

He sold 300,000 ordinary shares over two days raising £880,000 and reducing his personal stake by nearly 10%.
On Monday The Michael Ziff Children’s Trust, which is part of Mr Ziff’s non-beneficial holding, sold 100,000 shares raising just over £290,000.
Michael Ziff is the son of Arnold Ziff, who founded TCS, and is the brother of current chief executive Edward Ziff.
Mr Ziff now has a beneficial holding of 2.87m shares, which represents 5.4% of TCS’ share capital, and a non-beneficial holding of 12.3m shares, which represents 23.2%.
