Leeds team to lead on £60m private hospital

MORGAN SINDALL’S Leeds office is leading on a £60m project to build a private hospital in Nottinghamshire.

Spire Nottingham, part of the Spire Healthcare group, will be set in seven acres in Tollerton, to the south of Nottingham city centre. The two-storey, 56-bed building is scheduled to be complete in early 2017.
Andy Hall, Morgan Sindall’s area director for the Yorkshire region, said: “It is a great privilege to be trusted by Spire Healthcare to deliver this landmark development for them. We have previously delivered a large number of healthcare developments in a range of sizes and in very different locations and we look forward to bringing our experience to bear on this project.”
The hospital will serve the Nottingham and wider East Midlands market, and is expected to create around 250 jobs.
