Appointments: Clarion, Colliers International, Town Centre Securities

LAW firm Clarion has appointed Vivienne Wild as a partner.

A private client lawyer for 25 years, and joins from international law firm Stephenson Harwood where she acted on cross-border issues and offshore trusts.

She previously headed the private client team at Schofield Sweeney in Bradford for five years, and six years with Armitage Sykes in Huddersfield.

Justine Osmotherley, partner and head of Clarion’s private client services team, said: “With her specialist knowledge of helping business owners and high net worth individuals with wealth and succession planning, Viv will be a fantastic addition to the team.

Nick Twigg of Colliers InternationalTHE Leeds office of Colliers International has been boosted with the appointment of Nick Twigg as head of building consultancy for the Northern region.

He joins from GVA to head Colliers’ Building Consultancy and Project Management teams in the North. Mr Twigg joins with 17 years of experience in building surveying with expertise in city centre properties.

Valuation surveyor Ben Dewhirst has also been appointed.

Head of the Leeds office, Greg Styles, said: “These latest appointments follow on from the high profile appointment earlier this year of Rob Whatmuff who joined the Industrial & logistics team as a director.

Alistair Martin SmithALISTAIR Martin Smith has been appointed at Town Centre Securities as a senior asset manager.

Based in Leeds, he will be responsible for the Leeds and Manchester development portfolios. 

He joins from Wm Morrisons supermarkets where he was responsible for the management and development of the firm’s ivnestment portfolio, covering industrial sites, shopping centres and retail parks.
