Barnsdales secures quartet of deals

CHARTERED surveyors Barnsdales has secured a quartet of deals in Doncaster in the office, retail and residential sectors.

It sold prime office development land at Lakeside for £295,000 to an unnamed party to build a new head office, while also selling Old Guildhall Yard to a private developer to convert to flats, which Barnsdales will be managing.

Card Factory has signed a 10-year lease at Armthorpe Shopping Centre, for £17,500 per year, while another 10-year lease has been agreed for 4-5 Kingsway House at £27,000 per year with an undisclosed party.
