Double lettings secured at Leeds’ Park Row

TWO office lettings have been completed at 36 Park Row in Leeds after a major refurbishment.
Mastek UK, a subsidiary of the Indian software giant, have taken an extra 2,226 sq ft of space on the third floor on their existing office space.
Manchester-headquartered Leonard Curtis Recovery Ltd are moving into 1,454 sq ft offices on the sixth floor.
The Park Row site recently saw a major refurbishment, and now provides more than 26,500 sq ft of office space.
Current occupiers, apart from the new tenants, include BPP and Royal Haskoning DHV.
Robin Beagley, partner at WSB Property Consultants LLP, advised the landlords, clients of LaSalle Investment Management, on the two deals.
He said: “The flurry of recent lettings at 36 Park Row is the culmination of a process which has seen significant investment in the building repositioning 36 Park Row as a premium product whilst still offering occupiers exceptional value for money.
Andrew Miller of LaSalle added: “Our pragmatic approach, working with occupiers to offer them the space they require on extremely competitive terms has paid dividends, evidenced by the recent lettings and with strong interest in the remaining office space.”
Elizabeth Ridler, of joint marketing agents Knight Frank in Leeds, said: “36 Park Row enjoys a superb central location in the city, which is always popular with occupiers who are attracted by the proximity to the station, the business and retail quarters.”
