Manufacturer takes up Leeds city industrial space

MANUFACTURER Panel UK has acquired a 13,028 sq ft industrial unit.

The Leeds industrial agency team at CBRE sold the Highcliffe House unit to the firm, which manufactures aluminium framed screens for office, retail and financial environments.

The firm, which was established in 1999, is moving from a 10,000 sq ft site in Dewsbury.

Highcliffe House has a detached warehouse and two-storey office accommodation. The property is situated on Bruntcliffe Lane, an established industrial location approximately 5 miles from Leeds City Centre.

Jacques Esterhuizen, surveyor in CBRE’s Leeds Industrial Agency team, said:
“There was a great deal of interest from the offset with this property. The achieved sale is indicative of the demand for freehold opportunities especially with good connectivity within the West Yorkshire region. Supply across the region is still low across all sizes of industrial accommodation, so occupiers are quick to recognise good opportunities when they hit the market.”
