Developer lets final suites in two city-centre properties

WILTON DEVELOPMENTS has fully let its properties in Leeds city centre after All Square Finance signed a five-year lease for the ground floor at 10 South Parade.
The banking claims specialist has taken 2,050 sq ft at £24 per sq ft, and its deal follows quickly on from Turleys taking the final suite at 2 Bond Court and Lyons Davidson taking over St Martin’s House.
The developer says it is now assessing “a number of other city centre acquisition opportunities”.
“The fact that all of our city centre developments are now fully let is testament to the quality of the space and the strength of the Leeds market,” said Jason Stowe, managing director of Wilton Developments.
“Both Bond Court and 10 South Parade underwent extensive refurbishment to ensure the business space was of a quality that their prominent locations commanded and this strategy has paid off.”
Knight Frank and WSB Property Consultants jointly acted on behalf of Wilton Developments.

Knight Frank partner Elizabeth Ridler added: “Both buildings were fully refurbished to a very high quality and this, coupled with their prominent locations, have proved popular, securing a range of strong tenants.”
