Sisters launch York wine bar

ENTREPRENEURS Kate and Kelly Latham are set to open a wine bar in York, after agreeing to let a Castlegate site.

Barry Crux & Co let the site at 28 Castlegate to the pair, who have received permission to change its use from a fashion retailer

The area is home to other York restaurants Rustique and 31 Castlegate, and the new wine bar, dubbed Pairings, is aiming to complement these.

The site will be open from mid-October after the former Fashionista store gets a revamp.
